How often do you release new content?

Wabisabi Learning is a small team of amazing people around the world committed to transforming learning and creating a bright future. We build new content and features every day, which are steadily released. Wabisabi is a living and evolving platform. The very meaning of “Wabisabi” is to recognise and celebrate that nothing is finished, nothing is perfect, and nothing is permanent.

What's the cancellation policy?

Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied with Wabisabi Premium, we will refund your purchase, with no questions asked. Please note that this does not apply to upgrades made in Apple’s App Store, as Apple does not allow refunds. Once cancelled, you will remain on your plan until the end of your current cycle at which time it will revert to the Wabisabi Free.

What about privacy?

We guard your contact information and private data with our lives. We will never sell, share or release it to anyone but you. We will, email you about your account and product updates from time to time, but you are always in control over all aspects of your data and personal information. All activity to and from the Wabisabi servers is fully SSL-encrypted with a 256-bit, bank-standard key. All user data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which undergo annual certifications to ensure they meet the highest standards of physical and virtual security. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.
